Do we support remote work?
No, this position requires being onsite full-time in Bastrop, TX. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.
What are the basic qualifications for the Technical Recruiter position?
The basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or an Associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree.
What is the pay range for the Technical Recruiter position?
The pay range for a Technical Recruiter/Level I is $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year, and for a Technical Recruiter/Level II, it is $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year.
What kind of candidates will I be recruiting?
You will be recruiting for mission-critical positions, including electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers, as well as technicians and welders.
Is there any flexibility in working hours?
This position may require extended hours and weekends as needed.
