Responsibilities

  • You will install, troubleshoot, repair, test and certify the full range of electronic medical devices, distributed by QuidelOrtho, needing field service support
  • You will provide service to hospitals primarily across the province of British Columbia and travel to other Canadian provinces when backup is required
  • You will be required to accurately complete all paperwork associated with service calls and scheduled PMs
  • It will be essential that you are current on industry practices. You will assist QuidelOrtho Account Managers with customer presentations and trade shows as required
  • Perform other work-related duties as assigned
