Responsibilities

  • 1. Perform day to day duties within the warehouse and provide a service to customers during issue and receipt of AWES equipment, including preparation of equipment for issue.
  • 2. Instruct TES Assistant Instructors Cadres and other TES related instructional periods; train military vehicle crews on the fitting, use and troubleshooting of the TES vehicle equipment and train military users on the fitting, alignment, use and troubleshooting of the TES Manworn equipment.
  • 3. Understand international importing and exporting equipment requirements.
  • 4. Group 2 equipment management to include: assist auditing, preventative, diagnostic and repair maintenance schedules, in depth trouble shooting (barracks and in the field).
  • 5. Sets up and operate routine electronic test equipment to perform functional, operational and environment tests to evaluate performance of components, subassemblies and assemblies.
  • 6. Maintain files and records to document and support the maintenance effort.
  • 7. Provide detailed technical support during TESEX and point of contact for key stakeholder engagement.
  • 8. Operate: military communication systems when required, Cubic IT system to provide the desired effects, warehouse Logistical Management information System (LMIS) database, key plant equipment where required within warehouse facility.
  • 9. Support deployments of AWES system, setting up and managing mobile Field Support Warehouse which may include nationwide and international travel and brief visitors and delegation on Cubic capabilities.
