Responsibilities

  • Own technical discussions with customers leveraging processes and tools, demos and programs; using consultative sales methodology and technical expertise to influence customer vision; establish rules of engagement for extended teams. Support the creation of new pipelines in the account team by identifying new opportunities.
  • Build technology strategy, solutions roadmap and vNext architectures together with execution plans by mapping the agreed customer business outcomes into an appropriate Azure technology framework, resolving concerns, preventing and removing technical blockers, and translating technology complexity into business impact. Work with the customer, account team, and partners to drive and support the customer’s AI transformation inclusive of AI applications and data foundation.
  • Design the solution using your technical knowledge, architect skills and consulting skills to win a customer’s technical decision and meet the customer’s needs; drive Pilots/Proof of Concepts (PoC) to create momentum for Minimum Viable Product (MVP), infusing AI technologies where appropriate and being technically proficient to do Proof of Concepts (PoC) with hands-on skills.
  • Scale through partners by engaging in partner sell-with scenarios to carry out technical engagement activities, facilitating and managing partner resources and processes for Pilot/Proof of Concepts (PoC)/Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
  • Be the Trusted advisor and be proactive to find and understand customers’ pain points and design and offer the technical solution that aligns with the business case.
  • Be the Voice of Customer to share insights and best practices, connect with Engineering team and Global Black Belts to remove key blockers and drive product improvements.
  • Maintain and grow expertise in developer tools, cloud native architecture and technologies, keeping up to date with market trends and competitive insights.
  • Help our DN customers grow and develop their technical strategy together with the AEs, Data & AI TS and CSAs in a quick, changing and competitive environment.
