Identifies, documents, and resolves omissions and discrepancies according to established procedures.
  • Inputs specified data from source documents into hospital and/or departmental computer systems by using common commercial database and spreadsheet software or specialized software packages, as required. Maintains related logs and records.
  • Sorts, prints and distributes various periodic reports and/or labels according to established schedules.
  • Types routine or standardized letters, memoranda, forms, and other similar materials from template or rough draft. Routes materials for needed signatures or authorizations.
  • Monitors and restocks inventory of standard office supplies as necessary.
  • Provides routine office support, such as answering and routing telephone calls, opening and sorting mail, filing, collating, photocopying documents, and other related tasks, as needed.
