Responsibilities

  • Have the opportunity to work closely with one of many big global customers.
  • Be part of our Premium Engagement - MaxAttention program service delivery.
  • Work with critical customer situations in your area of expertise to ensure any go-live/production-down issues are resolved.
  • Act as an SME in your area of expertise, providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews and supporting customers and partners during the build phase.
  • Apply your techno-functional skills to solve customer design and build issues or challenges.
  • Align internally with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers are choosing the right paths during their implementation/upgrade life cycles.
  • Advise customers on best practices and the most optimum approaches related to your supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations.
  • Review customer designs to ensure they are following SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and mitigate any risks associated with using too many enhancements or customizations.
  • Apply your programming and/or debugging skills when required.
