What type of aircraft will I be flying as a Toll Aviation pilot?
You will be operating a fleet of King Air B260 and B360 aircraft.
Where will my shifts start and end?
All pilots will commence and finish their shifts from Essendon.
Is prior experience with the King Air aircraft required?
Prior experience in the King Air B260 and/or B360 aircraft is desirable but not mandatory.
What are the minimum flight hour requirements for this position?
You need to have a minimum of 1500 hours PIC, 400 hours Multi Engine PIC, 100 hours Night PIC, and 250 hours Instrument Flight time.
What type of medical certification is required for this position?
A CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is required.
Will I be working with a team?
Yes, you will work closely with Flight Nurses and Staff as part of a multi-disciplined team.
Is there a requirement for any special background checks?
Yes, you must be able to pass a working with children check and obtain an ASIC card.
What qualifications do I need to apply for this job?
You need a CASA ATPL (or CPL with all ATPL subjects completed) and the aforementioned flight hour experience.
Are there any additional desirable qualifications?
Yes, additional desirable qualifications include a check and training background, 1000 hours turbine PIC, and 100 hours jet PIC.
