Responsibilities

  • - Maintain daily live load/delivery schedule
  • - Maintain daily bulk inbound/outbound schedule
  • - Maintain bulk truck to repackage schedule
  • - Supply moves scheduling and paperwork
  • - Perform office operations associated with checking in and the offloading of inbound movements
  • - Distribute live load packets to the warehouse
  • - Main point of contact for driver window
  • - Prepare the prestage live load and LTL packets daily for the warehouse
  • - Prepare and coordinate the Ryder loading packets daily
  • - Reconcile delivery and live load schedules at the close of business daily
  • - BOL distribution
  • - Work with Baytown Traffic Planner and Corporate Transportation teams on carrier issues
  • - Serve as a backup to the Traffic Planner
