Responsibilities

  • Manages and drives commercial aspects of training and education, go-to-market processes around Straumann Group’s solutions and services within Region EMEA
  • Focuses to build brand communities and further develops the go-to-market training and Education approach of Straumann, Neodent, Anthogyr and/or Medentika
  • Engages and collaborates with the hubregions and country-based training and education community
  • Supports the commercial transformation (digital, changing market space) of the Region EMEA’s and the countries’ training and education / marketing teams
  • Implements and develops regional training and education go-to-market plans for new products, existing products (where further product push is needed) and phase-out products
  • Delivers input to global brand teams to foster positioning and commercial success in the training and education area
  • Ensures prioritization for global content, and works with hubregional and in-country training and education to localize, building blueprints for replication of concepts in training and education
  • Builds and nurtures strong personal connections with the global teams of Straumann in Basel, of Neodent in Brazil, Anthogyr in France, and/or Medentika in Calw
  • Hosts a training and education community for Straumann, Neodent, Anthogyr and Medentika in EMEA and facilitates best practice sharing across the countries to create efficiencies new concepts
  • Stays close to the markets through local team community training and education meetings, co-travel, trade shows and attendance support at local training and education courses/events
  • Supports the growth managers, global brands with TtT go to market meetings
  • Provides hands on support as the product specialist at courses/events prioritization within the marketing building blocks and key product launches
  • Co-defines the (internal and external) training & education priorities for our solution portfolio and engages with development plans of customers
  • Works closely with growth managers IBU/CCS to support new customer acquisition, customer training, customer development, and clinical events with education partners
  • Analyzes training and education performance and development, provides growth insights and supports countries to achieve sales targets and aspiration through training and education best practice sharing
  • Supports the regional training and education manager with training and education yearly training and education summit and education FACE catalogue EMEA
  • Supports in identifying and capturing new sales opportunities and sales approaches through training and education
  • Develops and supports local organizations building EMEA KOL network, building strong relationships for future growth
  • Represents Region EMEA and its respective hubregion and country organizations with global counterparts and advocates needs and wants
  • Co creates opportunities/synergies with hubregion and local country organisations in training and education/ events
  • Engages as a “player-learner” in developing a winning team that has a high business impact
