Responsibilities

  • Monitor all transportation related functions and activities to ensure compliance with established laws, codes, rules, regulations, policies and procedures
  • Comply with all Employment and Health & Safety Policies and Procedures as required
  • Responsible of drivers on all aspects of operations and personnel issues
  • Recruitment of drivers in the different remote locations established by the QC supply chain group
  • Training of drivers in their locations to make sure they are onboarded according to CR+’s internal compliance protocols
  • Provide direction and support within all operating areas of the department (dispatch, compliance, maintenance)
