Responsibilities

  • Implement, develop and track the exceptional customer service experience across their team. Make sure all BAs are brand ambassadors with their attitude, eventing, and on-brand grooming. Be responsible of Sales Process (Winner7) and other selling techniques.
  • Implement and track the educational strategy across their team. Guarantee the knowledge on the benefits of the products and application techniques so the customers can get the most out of the products they are buying. Identify training needs
  • Implement and track the Retail Excellence strategy (merchandising, planograms, visuals, digital devices....)
  • Drive business opportunities in alignment with Retail Manager to achieve results in their shop. Measure SO KPIS and track daily targets.
  • Organize rosters in alignment with Retail Manager and track hours worked for payroll procedures.
  • Coach the team and in alignment with Retail Manager provide feedback and support for professional development.
  • You will ensure that the counter is always visually appealing and clean, your attention to detail will be impeccable
  • Cooperation with your colleagues, managers and retailer is key. Assisting your Retail Manager is fundamental.
