Responsibilities

  • Monitors and reports on liquidity, investment and borrowing
  • Cooperates with (international) Lineage businesses on Treasury topics
  • Works together closely with Tax/Legal/Accounting and the US Treasury team on operational tasks and cross-departmental projects
  • Prepares and provides in-depth analysis related to cash, cash flow, accounts receivable credit and collections, working capital, debt, interest, foreign currency, etc.
  • Manages the document trail related to bank account opening, compliance and reporting, KYC, AML, and manages the bank account administration for our banking group.
  • Ensures compliance with SOX controls specific to Treasury and AR
  • Becomes key user of our TMS (Kyriba) and supports further process developments.
  • Manages the daily operation of our European core cash-management structure including the Inhouse-Bank and physical and notional pooling structures.
  • Assists with the integration of newly acquired businesses onto the Lineage platform
  • Supports the implementation of and monitors compliance with Treasury and AR policies
