Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily movement of millions of dollars across hundreds of bank accounts.
  • Responsible for processing dozens of services to appropriately handle both incoming and outgoing files.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balances, bank/Treasury systems, and bank cost information.
  • Research and evaluate new banking products.
  • Prepare and support month end, quarter end, and year end close activities.
  • Assist in supporting both internal and external audits of Treasury, including SOX, and ensuring compliance with all Treasury related controls and policies.
  • Prepare HSA cash placement entries in accordance with policy.
  • Participate in unclaimed property processes.
  • Process annual HSA member tax reporting.
  • Create necessary reports and data for periodic audits.
  • Proposes and implements changes to strengthen internal controls and enhance efficiency.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external partners, clients, auditors, and regulators.
  • Train and mentor new Treasury Analysts.
  • Other duties as assigned.
