Responsibilities

  • Advise the business on mitigating risks and leveraging opportunities from Brexit and other legislations.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all HMRC processes and implement any legislative changes.
  • Develop and maintain robust collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Manage and coordinate the creation of intercompany offers for affiliates and follow up on outbound activities to grow the UK as an intercompany supplier.
  • Support Sales departments across various Business Units in optimising main intercompany purchase routes (inbound).
  • Benchmark within the Group to find alternative intercompany suppliers and maximise UK domestic sales margins.
  • Coordinate with Plant Supply Chain Managers and the Purchasing department on domestic and export distribution contracts and cost reduction projects.
  • Assist the UK Supply Chain Manager in defining, measuring, and improving distribution KPIs (cost and service), including setting MP targets.
  • Conduct audits of import and export processes to ensure compliance.
