  • Du bist unser Marken- Botschafter für den Standort und kreierst gemeinsam mit deinem Store Manager die beste Brand Experience für unsere Kunden und Mitarbeiter
  • Du führst dein Management Team bei allen im Tagesgeschäft anfallenden Aufgaben und unterstützt diese aktiv im Bereich Store Experience, Warenaufbau- und Bearbeitung, Aus- und Weiterbildung deines Sales Teams, Kundenservice und Warenverlustsicherung
  • Dein Instore VM Team setzt alle Firmenvorgaben im Bereich Visual Merchandising erfolgreich um. Dabei schafft ihr es die UO Brand DNA an die lokalen Marktgegebenheiten perfekt anzupassen und kreiert so eine authentische Brand Experience mit kommerziellen Fokus
  • Dabei arbeitest du selbstständig und zielorientiert, immer fokussiert auf die bestmöglichen Ergebnisse unseres Deutschen Flagship Stores
  • Durch schaffen von positiven Kundenkontakten mit neuester Technologie, baust du gemeinsam mit deinem Team unseren Kundenstamm stetig erfolgreich aus
  • Ladenwartung: Verantwortlich für die Durchführung grundlegender Reinigungsarbeiten in und um die Räumlichkeiten, wie z. B. die Reinigung von Böden und Räumen, einschließlich Fegen, Staubsaugen, Staubwischen, Aufheben größerer Gegenstände vom Boden und punktuelles Reinigen von Glas und Fenstern
