Responsibilities

  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, sitemaps, and pixel-perfect visual designs in Figma that strongly factor in stakeholder requirements and feedback.
  • Leading the creation of various design needs; from quick, low-fidelity mock-ups during design ideation to high-fidelity designs for developers.
  • Actively receiving feedback from your stakeholders—from our core product design team to internal and external stakeholders—and beyond.
  • Presenting and articulating your design choices and rationale to diverse audiences, both internally and externally. You love receiving feedback and consider it a critical part of the design process.
  • Collaborating with our in-house development team to ensure your designs are communicated clearly and handed-off in an efficient and consistent manner.
  • Collaborating with our UX Research team to integrate research and usability testing insights into your designs. You’re comfortable requesting UX Research when needed, are able to identify when it is required and have a history of integrating that sort of feedback into your designs.
  • Championing accessible design and ensuring your designs are WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level A & AA compliant.
  • Iterating rapidly on design concepts derived from user research, data trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Vocalizing improvements that you observe should be made to our existing products and overall design process.
