Requirements

  • You’ve had experience of translating complex customer and business requirements into simple and user-friendly customer solutions

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be responsible for developing and researching the touchpoints in our end-to-end journeys, this includes working with New Day, our technology partner to improve our conversion journeys, but it also includes partnering with our customer journey managers to reimagine our longer term journeys that engage customers with embedded finance and ensure those that use us have a fantastic experience right to the point of renewal or close of the product.
  • To create this, you’ll build a deep understanding of customer needs, and pain points, keep a close watch on competitors’ solutions and emerging capabilities, and work closely with Design teams to learn from, and leverage, best practices and builds.
  • You'll also work alongside technology partners inside and outside the Group to leverage their backlogs in a strategic way.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to build out Embedded Finance solutions in a competitive and fast paced market.
  • It’s also a great opportunity to work extensively with a range of teams across Lloyds and external service providers and technology partners.
