Responsibilities

  • Du vertreibst als Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/w/d) beratungsintensive Festnetz-, UCC-, Cloud- und Security-Produkte, indem du einzelne Produktbestandteile an Geschäftskunden bei deinen zugewiesenen Accounts verkaufst.
  • Du betreust umfassend deine Kunden, indem du in Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen Key Account Manager/International Account Manager/Global Account Manager, der auf den Kunden allokiert ist, agierst.
  • Du entwickelst kundenspezifische Accountpläne mit, indem du das lösungsgeschäftsrelevante Kundenpotenzial berücksichtigst.
  • Du analysierst deine Kunden und qualifizierst Kundenkontakte, indem du Neukundenpotenzial analysierst und akquirierst sowie das vorhandene Kundenpotenzial ausschöpfst und die Kündigungsrate reduzierst.
  • Du führst umfassende und ganzheitliche Bedarfsanalysen durch, indem du detaillierte Prozesskosten- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen beim Kunden erstellst.
