  • Project manage high complexity global executive events across formats (in-person, virtual and hybrid), infusing customized, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions
  • Provide strategic direction on events to include experience design, activations concepts, and amplification plans
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders as a thought partner in translating Event Briefs and regional or global priorities into strategic creative concepts to support the narrative
  • Drive project management for key priority events from inception to execution with support teams
  • Interface with senior executives both internal and external, while providing excellent customer service

  • Budget management including contracting, negotiation and reconciliation
