Responsibilities

  • Strategic business partner to Business Group President, performing in a consultative role to support the business and manage global workforce and inherent risk.
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization.
  • Engage in the effective development of CONOPS strategy in the pursuit of new business growth.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on human resources-related elements, such as staffing plans, compensation strategies, and organizational design, to support the bid and proposal process; successfully transition awarded programs.
  • Lead Business Group HR Operations team to partner with Talent Acquisition in the recruitment of top talent. Drive profitability through staffing.
  • Lead people leaders through the performance and talent management cycles, annual benefits enrollment, and provide guidance to all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Ensure fair and transparent standards are administered in performance improvement and HR-related issue resolution.
  • Analyze current and future workforce needs, assess workforce talent, and develop strategies to address skill gaps.
  • Work with HR Operations team to address employee concerns and develop effective communications to the business; articulate the business group’s vision to the broader workforce.
  • Champion employee wellbeing, advance employee rights and benefits, and foster a culture of fairness and support within the organization.
  • Enhance profitability by expanding utilization of the Federal HR Service Center.
  • Interface with external customers or agencies on behalf of the business.
