Responsibilities

  • -Run seamless and engaging live streaming events as our Live Streaming Technician. Your technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail will ensure every event runs smoothly, making you a cornerstone of our team and contributing to the success of all our projects.
  • -To do so, here are your 4 responsibilities :
  • -Prepare the Live Streaming Setup (cameras, sound, lightning, Zooms, Stream Deck etc.)
  • -Run the Live Event (managing the sound, checking if the video stream is running smoothly, launching pre-recorded videos, creating Zoom Sub-Groups for students, giving the Mic to selected students etc.)
  • -Be the technical voice and support for the Trainer and the Students when they’re facing difficulties with the Live.
  • -Ensure a Smooth and Streamlined Transition from Production to Post-production
  • -Copy, upload & organize rushes post-events with rigor and great attention to detail.
  • -Ensure the safety and archiving of a large volume of media for our multi-camera shoots.
  • -Synchronize each project after backup to ensure smooth workflow for the editing team.
  • -Deliver replays of the events to our students in a timely manner.
  • -Understand that mistakes can happen, and to prevent them from being repeated, you continuously document your processes, while actively seeking solutions to encountered errors.
  • -Deliver Efficient and Clean Product Video Editing
  • -Because Live Streaming Events represents about 40% of a full-time job, you’ll be able to focus the rest of your time on video editing for our Product Department
  • -Edit Online Training content for our students in a streamlined manner.
  • -Upload the Videos on our LMS
  • -Manage the back-up and organization of our video library
  • -Keep the Studio Running Smoothly
  • -Manage the studio’s equipment, making sure that everything is there, at the right place, to operate when needed (batteries, optics etc.)
