Responsibilities

  • Work with the Creative Manager and marketing and internal communications colleagues in pre-production planning, ideas creation and story-telling strategy.
  • Advise on, assist with, and create video storyboards where needed.
  • Prepare ‘first cut’ versions of filmed footage based on briefs and an understanding of core messages and business objectives.
  • Respond to feedback on drafts, making or challenging suggested changes and then proceeding to apply all agreed edits of filmed footage to prepare final versions.
  • Manage the upload and storage of footage into all appropriate company systems and channels.
  • Design and create video assets for internal and external social media, from short ‘talking head’ videos, to animated videos and gifs.
  • Use and evolve our visual identity and approaches for our internal facing audience.
  • Work closely with other creatives internally and with select external vendors to ensure the best outcome for the business with video assets.
  • Look out for the latest trends to help the business produce top quality video, and have superb technical skills with a willingness to adapt to new processes and approaches.
  • Champion the brand to help drive standards and consistency across all videos, ensuring the corporate brand and technical excellence standards are properly represented in all outputs.
