Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute an evolving 3-year product strategy that aligns with Trustpilot’s vision of becoming the universal currency of trust. Lead the consumer product and Trust & Transparency teams to increase our value as a decision engine, facilitate engagement, and ensure our services meet consumers wherever they are.
  • Product Innovation: Spearhead the development and implementation of new features and capabilities to enhance the consumer experience on Trustpilot. This includes improving the review flow, introducing video reviews, AI summaries, and contextual questions for reviewers, among others.
  • Consumer Engagement: Implement gamification strategies and other engagement tactics to increase the volume and quality of reviews, reduce the time between reviews, and enhance the overall user experience. Develop features that support discovery, personalization, and mobile adoption.
  • Market Expansion: Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and target high-value service verticals, driving acquisition and engagement in strategic markets, especially in the US.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of Product Managers, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and user feedback to guide product development decisions, measure success against strategic priorities, and continuously refine our product offerings.
