Responsibilities

  • As a Website Designer at Qonto, you will
  • Deliver intuitive and scalable design, focusing on usability and experience, by keeping in mind our users' interests to come up with user-centric design solutions.
  • Give life to the brand, define and deliver high-quality pages & visual assets, by conveying a seamless experience from ads to the app, from discovery to delivery.
  • Guard and upgrade the system, by participating in the conception and enrichment of our Design System.
  • Continuous improvement by working closely with the Growth & marketing team to extract learnings through regular A/B & test performance analyses and deploy an action plan.
  • Grow and evolve, as you will engage with your peers on a daily basis by taking part in design challenges, work closely with various functions and being coached by your Manager (Roukaya) to keep growing your skills and talents on the field.
