You will be trusted with several tasks, like assisting users by solving support requests (authentication, access permissions, internal tools issues, …), managing the user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, external employees follow-up), diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices, and maintaining the office videoconferencing systems.
