Responsibilities

  • Wirtschaftsprüfung - Mit deinem Team übernimmst du Prüfungsmandate. Neben Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen gehören hierzu auch Nachhaltigkeitsberichte und nicht-finanzielle Informationen. Du gestaltest die digitale Transformation der Wirtschaftsprüfung und begleitest unsere Kunden in wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Leitungskompetenz - Du planst und leitest sämtliche Prozesse, bei nationalen und internationalen Industrie-, Handels-, und Dienstleistungsunternehmen, inklusive der Ergebnispräsentation.
  • Teamleitung - Du bist Mentor:in und Motivator:in und bringst Mitarbeitende durch Projekt- und Jahresfeedbacks sowie gezielte Entwicklungspläne voran.
  • Kundenmanagement - Sowohl in der (Neu-) Kundenakquise, als auch in der Projektbegleitung unserer Mandanten übernimmst du die Führung.
  • Neben unseren 20 Standorten in Deutschland, kannst du unsere Audit-Teams in Karlsruhe oder Freiburg erweitern.
