Responsibilities

  • The post holder will required to produce a wide range of complex workforce information to support managers in planning their workforce for the future in order to make best use of their funded staffing establishment.
  • They will also be required to provide training and support to ESR users within the Human Resources Department and across the Trust, with the creation of bespoke dashboards in BI, maintaining the accuracy and consistency of data and ensuring data is credible and robust.
  • The Workforce Information Analyst will be required to produce a wide range of complex workforce information to support managers in planning their workforce for the future in order to make best use of their funded staffing establishment.
  • They will also have line management responsibility for the Workforce Information Assistant and be responsible for their development and support.
  • The Workforce Information Analyst will when necessary, develop and provide accurate reporting systems for the Trust to assist the Trust in increasing compliance to Key Performance Indicators.
  • They will work as part of a team to provide a high standard of service delivery.
