Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Bone Dry University extended talent programs, including M.I.T., on-site apprenticeships, summer internships, and field engagement outreaches.
  • Assist with the SkillsUSA and C.T.E. school partnerships by way of schedules and communication when needed.
  • Ensure all programs are tracked, updated, and run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication regarding program expectations, updates, and requirements.
  • Customize all learning paths against experiences and target roles of participants.
  • Develop and manage schedules for all training sessions, workshops, and program-related events.
  • Coordinate with instructors, mentors, and participants to ensure timely and effective training delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant progress, attendance, and program outcomes.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as needed for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the Director of Human Development, Content and Development Manager, and Talent Acquisition/Retention Manager.
  • Provide input and advice on training and development needs of program participants.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of training materials and program content.
  • Provide guidance and support to program participants to ensure their success.
  • Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the course of the programs.
  • Research, Source and Apply for any and all available grants that we can utilize in our workforce development initiatives.
  • Attend events for the purpose of presenting Bone Dry employment opportunities to college and high school students.
  • Develop relationships with local college and high school administrators for recruiting purposes.
