Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Performance and career development of the Office Operations team
  • Anticipate and react to the ever-changing business requirement within our portfolio
  • Work closely with the Projects and Technology teams to ensure our buildings reflect established best practices, as well as evolving operational needs and user feedback
  • Be the Service Owner for vendors including but not limited to: Customer Services, Catering, Hospitality & Events and Facilities Management
  • Manage in-house Events which include multiple high-profile Global Events
  • Manage Vendors through regular SLA and contract reviews
  • Financial planning, forecasting and spend control
  • Customer Relationship Management on a large scale
