Responsibilities

  • Retail Management:
  • Manage your retail budget for your region, ensuring plans are executed with the vision of long-term success
  • Manage store targeting process to ensure clear and accurate targets by store reflecting a consistent strategy, ensuring targets are in line with company
  • Develop and grow customer relationships with key stakeholders at store level. Collaborate on store opportunities and initiatives, in addition to addressing any areas of concern / feedback shared
  • Achieve the targets and manage the collection of CRM data
  • Through regular in store visits provide detailed feedback to your Director and HR on what’s working and what’s not working
  • Manage the FTE and HC targets for the stores in your region and monitor productivity levels, ensuring you are reacting to productivity and planning resources effectively
  • Act as key point of contact for stores / department managers within your territory, ensuing clear communications of plans and activities
  • Put in place retail actions plans to grow the sales and KPI’s of your stores, including eventing where appropriate
  • Identify through analysis of the business opportunities and react to the markets opportunities and challenges to maximize results
  • Support seasonal retailer strategy meetings and maintain regular interim meetings reviewing performance and recommending actions as needed
  • Leverage your L’Oreal Luxe understanding to influence your retailers and maximize results through effective portfolio management
  • People Development and Management:
  • Coach and develop Beauty Consultants with a focus on development of inclusive service and retail skill set.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop new starters into the business with inclusion at the forefront of your mind.
  • Contribute to the drive of digital learning and engagement .
  • Be a One Luxe ambassador and advocate of change .
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency, success and achieve results together .
  • Own the talent development and coaching of your retail teams to exceed targets and provide clear career progression.
  • Performance manage effectively and timely to maximize sales and performance
  • Take ownership and manage employee relations cases within your team

  • Foster a OneLuxe communication approach to build excellent retailer relationships and collaborate with retailers to ensure success
  • Monitor and report back on stock levels to optimize performance
  • Ensure excellence of brand image in the stores at all times; counters, displays, team, etc
  • Champion simplicity through ways of working with head office and field teams
  • Financial management of budget and expenses
  • Provide proactive feedback to internal departments to help drive collaboration across brands
  • Oversee and influence across-functions to ensure a joint-up approach through Education, Artistry and Events
