<div>Due to continued growth we have a great opportunity for an Operational Support Manager to support the Client Account Manager leading the team and being a point of contact for our client!
What you will be doing:
<ul><li>Leading and motivating the enforcement team making sure they have the tools and equipment to do their jobs</li>
<li>Dealing with all written customer enquiries and complaints</li>
<li>Preparing the monthly enforcement plan and to monitor success</li>
<li>Assisting in developing Quality Assurance systems and procedures</li>
<li>Receiving and administering the implementation and removal of parking suspensions</li>
<li>Cost control of consumables items</li>
<li>Controlling vehicle costs and maintenance through process management and telematics</li>
</ul>
