As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, alignment, and successful implementation of new features across our products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to analyze business requirements, assess bugs, and maintain product stability.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Responsibilities:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Business Requirements Analysis:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Work closely with product managers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that proposed features align with our overall product strategy.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Document detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Feature Implementation:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Create detailed functional analysis notes for proposed features.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Include feature overviews, functional requirements, use cases, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Facilitate communication between product managers and development teams during feature development.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure that technical teams understand the business context and objectives behind each feature.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story refinement sessions.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bug Assessment and Resolution:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Investigate reported bugs and assess their impact on product stability.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Prioritize bug fixes based on severity, business impact, and user experience.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Coordinate with development teams to track bug resolution progress.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Platform Alignment:&lt;/li&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Our products share a common platform. You’ll need to analyze how features and bug fixes impact other products.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes don’t negatively affect other areas of the platform.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Conduct thorough impact assessments before implementing changes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Qualifications:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;3+ years’ experience with an enterprise business application&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to balance technical considerations with business needs.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
