This opportunity is part of growing our Projects team, covering works across the Campus and the successful candidate will join on a Fixed Term Contract basis. The Project Manager role will be integral to supporting the expansion of our dynamic F1 facilities. Supporting a Senior Project Manager, you will be working on several projects at any one time, driving the design and construction process. As you would expect with F1, our facilities as well as our cars are constantly evolving and the Project Management team are responsible for delivering any work that the business needs to succeed. This can be anything from new buildings construction, extensions, fit outs, refurbishments, technical plant and machinery installations. Our PM team pride themselves in being more experienced and knowledgeable than a traditional ‘client side’ role. We are very ‘hands on’ and work closely with our contractors on site to ensure that we deliver exactly what is needed by the business. We design and self-deliver many construction projects and hold the Principal Contractor role. We are therefore looking for someone with good practical on-site knowledge, who is adaptable and has a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills. The role will be mainly responsible for maintaining and carrying out balance sheet transactional movement across our legal entities and working with our team to move items in a timely manner whilst ensuring all work carried out is delivered to a high and accurate standard.
