          Key Accountabilities
        
       
       
        
         Planung und Überwachung von Audittätigkeiten einschließlich der Ablage von Auditdokumenten in einer speziellen Datenbank;
         Zuweisung von Aufgaben an (interne und externe) Auditoren, einschließlich Unterstützung bei Reisevorbereitungen;
         Vorbereitung von Zertifizierungsentscheidungen und Erstellung der entsprechenden Zertifikate;
         Rechnungsstellung für Audits an Kunden und technische Überprüfung von Rechnungen externer Auditoren;
         Überwachung von Zahlungseingängen einschließlich notwendiger Mahnungen in Zusammenarbeit mit und unter Aufsicht des Büroleiters;
         Erstellung von Angeboten für bestehende Kunden;
         Unterstützung der Vertriebsabteilung durch Terminabsprachen mit bestehenden und potenziellen Kunden;
         Registrierung von Interessenten/Angeboten/Verträgen in den RINA-Datenbanken;
         Sonstige vom Büroleiter zugewiesene Büroarbeiten, z. B. Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Sitzungen / Vorbereitung von nicht auftragsbezogenen Bestellanforderungen;
         Registrierung der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten und der geleisteten Arbeitsstunden in den entsprechenden Datenbanken.
