   Knowledge and experience of Human Resources and Payroll related applications, business functions, and healthcare industry best practices.
   A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in supporting and implementing information technology solutions preferred.
   Strong documentation skills including authoring project plans, functional design documents, as-is business analysis studies, and user guides (job aids).
   Experience in Agile methodology or other lean methodology is desired.
   Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment while adhering to deadlines.
   Excellence in verbal and written communications skills including ability to provide high quality demonstrations of new functionality and effectively translate customer specifications to a usable configuration.
   Valid driver license. Must be granted insurable status by the Rogers Memorial Hospital insurance policy.
