Key objectives:

<li>Develop and design a wide range of engaging internal and external marketing materials, including but not limited to; corporate conferences and presentation templates for c-suite leadership teams, marketing and reporting assets, social media graphics and website content.</li>
<li>Create a &lsquo;gold standard&rsquo; for all internal communications for Sytner Group, whilst adhering to brand guidelines that reflect our luxury, premium brand image; for both Sytner and our parent company Penske.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the internal leadership teams to create visually compelling content that effectively communicates our messages to colleagues and customers.</li>
<li>Work closely with various departments to understand their design requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.</li>

Requirements:
