 About the Role

  End to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.
  Processing leads and sales quotes, generating orders and accurate input into SAP.
  Acting as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.
  Supporting the internal sales team across Europe with technical support as needed.

  Solid and stable experience in a customer service / customer-centric role that involves a high level of initiative, problem solving and coordination. Manufacturing/Data Centre experience preferred but not prerequisite.
  Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system), EXCEL and forecasting
  Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder conversations A passion for collaboration; a highly collaborative, team player within both the direct team and organisation
