What are the key responsibilities of the MBA Intern in Global Assortment Planning?
The MBA Intern will drive assortment innovation, create dashboards to measure KPIs, evaluate the effectiveness of assortments, and identify strategic opportunities for high potential markets.
What qualifications are required for this internship?
Candidates must have a college degree and be in pursuit of an MBA degree, possess 2+ years of business experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
What skills are preferred for this role?
Preferred qualifications include current enrollment in an MBA program with a concentration in Supply Chain Management or related fields, experience with PowerBI, understanding of AI capabilities in Supply Chain, and knowledge of the Anaplan system.
Will interns have the opportunity to work on global supply chain initiatives?
Yes, interns will gain exposure to other areas within Supply Chain, including Inventory Planning, and will conduct deep dives into international market trends.
Is there any leadership responsibility associated with this internship?
Yes, the intern will have the opportunity to lead and drive innovative projects that support the Global Assortment Planning team in achieving established goals.
What tools and methodologies will interns develop proficiency in during the internship?
Interns will develop proficiency in state-of-the-art analytical tools and methodologies used in assortment planning, including advanced analytical techniques and AI tools.
