Responsibilities

  • - Support the Loyalty Managers in the activation plan of the Levi's® Red tab™ program across north Europe markets
  • - Coordinate own and paid loyalty campaigns (brief, translation, benefit administration tools, reporting) as part of the Loyalty marketing European plan
  • - Align content and calendars with all owned channels, marketing & merchandising teams to deliver best-in-class customer journey
  • - Ensure the consistency of content, copy, and translations in the Levi's® digital environment
  • - Set up loyalty campaigns on CMS and other platforms
  • - Manage push notification campaign briefings & content publishing in the mobile app as needed
  • - Manage local activations in collaboration with the Brand, PR and local partner agency teams
  • - Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for European region and provide clear insights to management and stakeholders on trade meetings
  • - Provide additional reports on specific Loyalty & CRM marketing activations and analyse performance against benchmarks
  • - Carry out a weekly competitive review on the loyalty marketing landscape, staying up to date with the latest industry best practice
  • - Ensure administration tasks inherent to the position (presentations, organization of meetings, etc.)
