  • Mascot Performances:

  • Facilitate fan interactions during breaks and in between innings.
  • Appear at Mallards-related events such as school visits, parades, and sponsor functions.
  • Assist in promoting team spirit and special events by interacting with the crowd.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing, promotions, and game-day operations teams to ensure mascot appearances align with the overall event goals.

The Madison Mallards are a Summer Collegiate Baseball team part of the Northwoods League. The Northwoods League has more teams, plays more games, and draws more fans than any other league in North America. The Madison Mallards averaged 6,249 fans per game in 2018, coming in first place among Collegiate Summer Baseball teams for average attendance per game. In 2017 we were named the Ballpark Digest "Ballpark Renovation of the Year"​ after completing a 2.5 million dollar renovation to the Great Dane Duck Blind.
