Responsibilities

  • Participates in the development and execution of high-quality medical projects. Communicates project status through preparation of monthly dashboards and other reporting materials, collecting information and ensuring accuracy of reports.
  • Builds and manages collaborative relationships with internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and appropriate communications in a professional and responsible manner as per business needs
  • Supports ongoing management of external agencies to ensure their timely delivery of work, whilst safe-guarding quality and compliance with relevant local/regional regulations
  • Monitors project budget/spending associated with planning and process aspects of Vertex sponsored medical education events, advisory boards, medical reporting, regional internal medical meetings, management of review and approval of medical materials in Vertex systems
