Responsibilities

  • Administration: Assist with general administrative support to various departments within the arena, including scheduling meetings, maintaining documentation, and assisting with special projects as needed.
  • Event Operations: Assist in the planning and execution of events hosted at the arena, including concerts, sporting events, and community gatherings. Responsibilities may include coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth event operations.
  • Facilities Management: Gain insight into the maintenance and upkeep of arena facilities. Assist in conducting facility inspections, identifying maintenance needs, and coordinating repairs and improvements as necessary.
  • Guest Experience: Learn about providing exceptional guest experiences to internal and external arena guests. This includes management of part-time arena team members as well as guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Parking and Transportation: Learn about coordinating parking logistics, optimizing transportation services, and ensuring smooth traffic flow during events. Assist in parking management, transportation coordination, traffic control, data analytics, vendor management, and guest services.
  • Security and Safety: Learn about maintaining a safe and secure environment for arena patrons and staff. Assist in implementing security protocols, conducting safety inspections, and coordinating emergency response procedures.
