  • Manage the terrace area by sweeping leaves and general outdoor cleaning
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure they are tidy after use
  • Replenish supplies to keep the office stocked and running smoothly:
  • Regularly purchase fresh fruits and snacks from local suppliers
  • Monitor and order essential supplies like beverages, coffee, and stationery
  • Support with administrative tasks, such as:
  • Managing mailboxes, coordinating repairs, and tracking office keys
