Responsibilities

  • Your role will be to ensure our contract records are kept up to date, organised and accurate, which will positively impact our ability to manage workplace finances, business planning and the quality of the service we provide to the NHS and its patients.
  • The placement may involve:
  • Speaking to managers to gather and collate outstanding contract information
  • Working with colleagues to establish what will be the most consistent and efficient way to store contract data
  • Inputting contract information and documents into our contract management database
  • Analysing data quality reports to identify and fix inaccuracies in our contract records.
  • Optionally the role can also involve, if the placement volunteer wishes, attending monthly management meetings (either in person or online) to update the leadership team about their work.
