What are the program dates for the Summer 2025 Editorial Intern position?
The program dates are from June 2nd, 2025, to August 7th, 2025.
Where is the internship located?
The internship is hybrid, requiring three days per week on-site in our NYC office (Tuesday to Thursday) and one day remote.
What is the weekly schedule for the internship?
The weekly schedule is 28 hours per week, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
What is the pay rate for the internship?
The pay rate is $16.50 per hour.
What tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will log, review, and draft feedback on manuscript submissions, research industry and lifestyle trends, manage the visual program for an illustrated book, and assist with general administrative duties, among other tasks.
What skills are required to apply for the internship?
Candidates should have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, be proficient in the MS Office Suite (including Word and Excel), and have a keen interest in visual and lifestyle books. Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and InDesign is a plus.
