  • Du interessierst dich für People & Organisational Development und hast Lust in dem Bereich mehr zu lernen und eigeninitiativ an Themen zu arbeiten.
  • Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent und der Umgang mit Menschen macht dir Spaß.
  • MS Office? No problem.
  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse? Yes please.

Responsibilities

  • Vor- und Nachbereitung des Onboardings
  • Eigenständige Organisation der Sprachkurse
  • Recherche zu Learning and Development Trends und Mitgestaltung unseres digitalen Learner’s Hubs
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Growth Activities, wie z.B. Learning Labs
  • Unterstützung bei verschiedenen Projekten, wie z.B. Mitarbeiter:innensurvey, AI Enablement, und mehr
