  • Conducts daily research, monitoring, and analysis-related tasks to find and correct data errors to improve the accuracy and quality of FactSet’s Content sets.
  • Conduct random Quality Control audits of FactSet-collected content.
  • Conduct Monsters/Test Managers review and ensure that all documents are completed within allotted waiting time.
  • Provide root cause and feedback on errors found during audits to Research Analysts.
  • Escalate issues found to Content Managers and/or Engineering if unable to self-correct the data.
  • Perform research and analysis as part of special projects to cleanse data sets of detected errors.
  • Participate in training/testing to build knowledge and skills working with Content sets as well as Quality/Process Improvement methods.
