Responsibilities

  • Supporting users via the IT Service Desk
  • Raising calls with third party suppliers
  • Maintaining the system configuration including staff, locations, wards/bed, request lists
  • Monitoring the Trust’s IT service desk application for new incidents and requests
  • Assisting with the build and support of the various applications
  • Supporting users in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Maintaining the dictionaries/master files to provide new options to users
