  • Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
  • Develop business cases, reports, and recommendations, ensuring leadership has clarity on transformation opportunities, whilst recognising risks and dependencies to ensure informed business decision making.
  • Use data visualisation techniques to present insights in a compelling and actionable way.
  • Work across Investments, Distribution, Operations, HR, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology to drive business change, connect the dots and ensure transformation efforts align to broader strategic objectives.
