Responsibilities

  • Creative Development: Develop promotional campaigns, brand toolkits, email designs, editorial content, paid marketing, organic social media and website updates.
  • Responsive Design: Use industry best practices in responsive product design and social formats. Maintain our Product design system, working collaboratively with other designers.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Plan, organize, and art-direct product and lifestyle shoots. Support Art Directors in the creation of guidelines to ensure our editorial and content assets are social-first and contribute to a distinctive brand signature.
  • Amazon and Retail Platforms: Partner with Designers to develop and maintain digital content for the Joseph Joseph brand store on Amazon and other retail customer platforms.
  • Campaign Support: Support Art Directors with concepting or shoot assistance where required.
  • Website Management: Create, upload, and maintain digital content for products on josephjoseph.com, emails and our digital asset platform.
  • Communication Hub Management: Add your projects to our communication system to support cross-functional collaboration. Mentor and guide designers to maintain and share their projects on the same system.
